Randall Lamb provided a master plan analysis for a new 4-building campus including a central plant and utilities loop, with recommendations for project phasing. The scope included MEP core and warm shell for 249 East Grand Avenue, followed by 259 East Grand Avenue five years later. 249 is certified LEED Silver, and received an incentive from the local utility company. 259 is certified LEED Platinum, with solar and highly sustainable measures. Randall Lamb served as the Project Team Administrator and was responsible for overseeing the entire LEED process.
