Design-Build electrical engineering to assist in the design/build tenant improvement projects for two of AstraZeneca’s subsidiaries – Pearl therapeutics and Medimmune. The 4-story, 95,000 SF building boasts high-end finishes and highly sustainable features throughout its interior, which consists of 50% lab and 50% offices. The project was awarded LEED Platinum Certification.
