MEP engineering for tenant improvements spanning four floors of two existing 3-story buildings for a total of 100,000 SF in interior renovations of commerical office space. With state-of-the-art lignting controls, the scope replaced the existing central HVAC equipment with updated, high-efficienty equipment. Randall Lamb also providing MEP engineering for the renovation and expansion of a 2,000 SF boardroom in a separate building.
