Design/build M/P engineering for two (2) new 2-story F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) compliant aircraft maintenance hangars, including high bay space, crew, equipment and administrative space, and Special Access Program Facility. New parking included roof mounted photovoltaics. Support facilities work included site and building utility connections. The exterior envelope along with MEP systems resulted in a 40% improvement over ASHRAE 90. Special construction features included parking for 16 aircraft and 5 maintenance work stations.
