Mechanical and Plumbing engineering services for the 13,500 SF renovation of an existing servery style restaurant and dining area on the 5th level of Ocean View Terrace. The project included a total refurbishment and expansion of interior space, as well as a complete overhaul of the HVAC system. A favorite dining spot on the campus, the commons features a joint Halal and Kosher station, a 24/7 coffee and gelato bar, and a build-your-own pizza kitchen. With highly sustainable features, including expansive use of daylighting, the project received LEED CI Gold certification.
