Randall Lamb managed the 2.4 MW district-wide Photovoltaic System located on three major campuses and three continuing education facilities. The District entered into a 20 year power purchase agreement (PPA) with the project developer. Along with defining the District’s goals and objectives, the scope included project developer requirements and process, documentation for third party ownership, turn-key project development, and system sizes and locations. Along with establishing project scope, renewable energy and carbon credit position and disposition were determined, as well as defining, preparing, distributing and evaluating bidder responses and participating in PPA negotiations.
