Kilroy Oyster Point, Phase 2, South San Francisco

Randall Lamb provided MEP engineering services for the second phase of the Kilroy Oyster Point life sciences campus. The scope included core and warm shell work for three buildings totaling 777,000 SF. Located on a 50-acre waterfront site, the project included a 46,000 SF connecting podium structure, two amenity buildings with a food and beverage facility, 300-person conference facility, fitness center, and a 10-story parking structure with 2,100 parking spaces.
