MEP engineering services for an award-winning high-rise lobby renovation. Scope included the replacement of the existing sloped structural glass wall with a new vertical curtainwall system to revitalize and transform the lobby; new interior design of lobby area including new restrooms and feature lighting/AV elements; and renovation and upgrade of the existing café. Project also included the exterior plaza with redesigned lighting and gas provisions for outdoor heating and fireplaces, and electrical updates for hosting outdoor events.
