Cytokinetics, South San Francisco | Collaborative Research with a View

Randall Lamb provided MEP engineering for relocation and expansion of Cytokinetic’s headquarters. A late-stage biopharmaceutical company, Cytokinetics moved into a seven-story, 210,700 SF building in Oyster Point. Included was a fitness center, food and beverage station, auditorium, locker room and restrooms. The scope included evaluation of the warm shell systems/capacities, and a Basis of Design that optimized existing systems while providing Cytokinetics flexibility and energy efficiency for their labs and offices. The result was a collaborative space with views of the San Francisco Bay.
