Among Randall Lamb’s recent projects is the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel – a newly constructed 190 room hotel in the revitalized downtown city center of Palm Springs, California. Built in 2018, the Kimpton Rowan boasts over 170,000 SF of guest rooms, retail and restaurant space, kitchen and fitness facilities, as well as meeting spaces, ballrooms, and board rooms. Randall Lamb just completed work on the addition of a new kitchen for the Kimpton Rowan’s 7th level pool deck – the first rooftop pool and bar in Palm Springs.
