Randall Lamb provided MEP engineering for the 6-story, 190-room hotel located in the newly revitalized downtown City Center. With 120,000 SF of guest room floor area, 25,000 SF of hotel support area, 16,000 SF of indoor/outdoor event space, several dining options and the 7,000 SF roof terrace area with pool, spa and bar – the Rowan has become a desired destination.
